Nuovea Inc.

Software that does the hard part on your device.

Nuovea makes Amoli, an iPhone journal written by a language model that never leaves the phone, and Juice, the open-source Flutter framework it is built on.

What we make

Two products, one line of work.

iPhone app

Amoli

Your photos, read and written into a journal. It never leaves your phone.

A 3.7 GB language model runs on the iPhone itself and writes an account of every photograph. People and journeys become threads; you can ask it about your own life. No account, no server, no analytics.

Open-source Flutter framework

Juice

Use-case driven blocs, explicit lifecycle ownership, targeted rebuilds.

The application framework Amoli is built on, published under the MIT license with more than twenty companion packages — storage, networking, routing, auth, sync, on-device LLM inference and more.

What we know

Expertise earned by shipping.

01

On-device AI on the iPhone

Amoli runs a 3.7 GB Gemma model on the phone through LiteRT — vision and text, overnight reading pipelines, and a design built around what iOS does to the GPU when the screen locks.

02

Flutter architecture that scales

Juice exists because large Flutter apps need lifecycle ownership, cancellation and targeted rebuilds, not only local state. Its rebuild counts are benchmarked against bloc and Riverpod, in public.

03

Privacy as architecture

No server to breach, no account to leak. We design products whose privacy claims can be checked from the outside: one model download, then the network goes silent.

04

Shipping in more than one language

Amoli ships in English, Spanish and French — the app, the store pages, and every reading the model writes on the phone.

Who we are

Built by Kevin Ehmka.

Nuovea is Kevin's company. He designs and builds what it ships — Amoli end to end, from the on-device model pipeline to the App Store listing in three languages, and Juice with its family of packages on pub.dev.

If you are building on-device AI, or a Flutter app that has outgrown its state management, we would like to hear about it.
